Instersect Dance Theatre seeks to enrich communities through the art of movement. And we’ll push the boundaries of typical classical dance to do it. Known for exciting partnering and a creative use of props, Intersect provides a unique artistic experience that appeals to children and adults, to arts-savvy audiences and self-proclaimed “rednecks.”

Founded by a husband and wife team, Intersect values cooperation and a collaborative choreographic process. We also value opportunity; we’ve given many new choreographers a chance to create on our dancers. Accessibility is important, too; Intersect seeks to reach and connect with audiences from all demographics.
